A solid cherry dresser with a gently bowed front and a single veneered door of spalted maple at the center. The wenge handles are shaped by hand. Drawers and case are solid wood throughout. Built in the way that lets a piece of furniture move from one generation to the next.

The gently bowed front sets this dresser apart from the flat-faced uniformity of most modern case pieces. Achieving that curve demands that each drawer front be individually shaped and fitted - time-consuming work, but the effect is worth the effort.
