A side table designed around a figured top — shown here in leopardwood but also available in cherry, walnut, or red oak — set on legs that curve outward at a deliberate angle. The drawer handles are custom-shaped wenge inset with a dovetail joint, so the hardware becomes part of the joinery rather than an addition to it. Drawers are solid wood throughout.

The two-drawer version shown in freshly finished cherry will deepen considerably with age and light — the warm reddish-brown that cherry develops over years cannot be replicated with stain. The leopardwood version shows the species' characteristic interlocked grain.
