This solid wood bench of stained curly maple and ebonized ash is a study in contrasts. The richly figured maple seat top floats above the ebonized ash legs, whose rounded outer profile gives the piece a refinement that complements the bold color contrast. It works as well in a contemporary space as in a traditional one.
